If You Plan to Take Communion

communion pictureWe ask all visitors to speak directly to Pastor Horn before going to Holy Communion for the first time. Out of love and respect for our visitors, and because Holy communion is such a precious gift, we want to make sure that those who commune are baptized, have been taught Christ's teaching, and confess repentance and faith in Christ before they come to Communion. At Zion, we are dedicated to helping people who want to go to Holy Communion get prepared so that they may partake of this blessed feast. When you speak with Pastor Horn, he will let you know how you can get ready to come too.

If you are not yet able to commune, you are still invited to come to the rail during Communion to receive a blessing.
Simply cross your hands over your heart and bow your head, and Pastor will bless you in Christ.
